CIVIL WORK :
1. Excavation of Plot.
2. Using roller with vibration mode for compaction of soil.
3. Termite proofing in foundation, flooring and outer side of the building.
4. Laying PCC 1:4:8 as lean before foundation.
5. Brick work with RCC columns and beams over window and doors as per structure design.
6. RCC roof slab with ply shuttering and steel fixing (FF steel), pouring 1:2:4 concrete with mixing machine (Ground, First floor and Mumty)
7. Complete Internal and External Plaster.
8. Flooring preparations with concrete.
9. RCC, concrete staircase ground floor to first floor and first floor to rooftop, size of riser and threads are as per drawings.
Conduits work:
1. Concealed PPR piping and fitting in Washrooms (MASTER OR ACCUFIT)
2. Underground fitting of UPVC Plastic (MASTER OR ACCUFIT).
3. Supply and installing good quality PVC pipe in roof and all walls.
Others
1. RCC underground water tank as per drawings.
2. Septic tanks, Sewerage line.
3. Complete SUI gas fitting.
4. Man holes.
NOTE
1. Water boring and electric supply to be provided by the owner.
2. Guard will be deployed by contractor at all times
3. Project duration (as per client’s wish)
4. Covered area rate does not include tax.
